stool softeners available in india

    Hi friends i need all your help.My mother is not well and urgently i need to go to my native .....i am going in AC train in which i don't feel like drinking more water.whenever i travel in train i do have hard stools next day which is very painful and moreover because of hammeroids /piles more damage is caused.Can anyone tell me which stool softener (without any side effects) will i carry along with me or any fiber diet which will help me..Please help me someone urgently as i need to travel tommorow....please help me..while travelling in car what precautions should i take? please help me someone...please

    The fiber supplements need to be taken with adequate amount of water, otherwise you will have the same problem. The stool softeners should by okay if you follow instructions, but if you have a long journey be careful.
