Stethoscope shopping in usa???

Hi,
One of my cousin is doing her Medicine 1st year in India.I want to buy and send stethoscope to her.
Can anyone suggest me the buying tips and what to look for in choosing a good stethoscope?

Iam novice in this matter????

hi vaish,

Littmann stethocope is the best one. They will have varieties,but u will need a basic Littmann stethoscope for a student. Other with high pricey ones are usually for a cardiologist and experienced doctors. I bought a basic one before
for my cousin before when she was a student.
