Meenu the job of a driver in a difficult terrain is even more tougher than that of a pilot , Nowadays pilots are aided by sophisiticated computers and other devices in their task. They come into picture only in case the plane is caught in a depression or is in some other kind of hostile weather and while landing and taking off.
But a driver does not have such luxuries and has to depend totally on his driving skills. Such drivers deserve better consideration than pilots.

Sri tks. Roads in most of north India including the one to Badrinath are worse than the ones in south. The roads in the mountain terrain of north tends to be slushy and slippery and one good monsoon is enough to wash away a road there. In comparison the roads in areas like Ooty are much better. If the roads had been like that of Badri, we probably wouldn't have been alive to give the driver a standing ovation.
