I hope this is the right forum to post this.
i have a light creme with maroon border kanchipuram silk saree gifted by my parents. The problem is there are some stains in the saree because of which i am not able to use it.
do dry cleaners remove them without spoiling the saree ? I have never dry washed or wet washed that saree yet. what can be done ? please let me know.

u have to talk to them first before giving the saree...asking if they will be able to remove stains or not

bcoz when i was in India...they just spoiled the quality of saree and stains made it look even worse...

    best of luck

how about band box dry cleaners ? do they do a good job ? will the silk saree lose it's stiffness and shine if i dry clean it ?
some of my sarees are crimpled because of few uses. can i iron it safely ? i was worried it may lose it's stiffness.
