Sorry for not stepping in

Dear all,
It had been a loooooooong yes very long time since I got a chance even to open IL. I have been reading all those IL threads and blogs that which comes to my mail ID. That is because I have taken up a new job, (though I work from home), I had been forced to devote almost most of my time to it as it is a startup company and I have to take up so many responsibilities. By God's grace hope to do it with the full satisfaction of the management.

I know I have missed a lot many things. Now that I get atleast an hour or two to spare I think I could just step into IL and read and post.

Thanks a lot for your welcome. Will def start posting. Yes Lathaji, I have a long list ready to post. Will post one by one. After taking up a new role I really have come across so many people and planning to share that experiences too.
