Thank you ladies each and every one of you, for all the lovely comments. Aruna that was such a hectic trip covering chicage and washington DC in 10days time, I really felt it is easier to post some nature pictures - hopefully sometime soon, I will write about the place, for now please bear with me. Nandhini the camera I have is Panasonic DMC-FZ8 (lumix) googling will give you more information on that model. While I like the camera, I would love to have a better one, there are a couple of things I don't like about the camera. I am not very conversant with photography and things like that but I have used the next couple of higher models in the same brand and loved them more. As others ILs have pointed out, I can feel it in me when I see something and just take pictures - I am a trigger happy person and that nature seems to help when taking pictures. Sorry was not of much help to you

Thanks Everyone for your nice words. Sindhu, now that you mention I realise I could have given them a caption. the first 2 or 3 are from Chicago and the rest are walking on the banks of potomac Anyways, hopefull will post more when I get a chance.
