Solar Eclipse 2010 - Today July 11th - Precautions for Pregnant Ladies!

    Please refer this about Solar Eclipse Today - July 11th, 2010.

    The Eclipse period is scheduled to be 11am - 4pm, US Central Time.

    It is advised for pregnant ladies to not step out during the Eclipse period.

    It is better to closeout windows - drop the curtains/blinds so that no sunlight enters your house during Eclipse period.

    It is also recommended not to eat anything during the Eclipse period (while drinking water is fine).

    Also, throw out any food left overs. Eclipse period is believed to contaminate food!
