snacks

    I was wondering is there any snack with less than 100 calories which could be eaten sometime between lunch and dinner. I am trying to lose weight, but I am hungry sometimes I don't want to end up eating something I would repent latter.

    I don't know if you will consider these snacks, or if you will like them but what i eat is:
    - fresh cheese (ricota or other) with red fruit jam (you can find with no sugar), sometines i add cookie in pieces; this is very good and my kids love it also
    - cut apple or pear boiled in very little water with cinamon/aniseed, you can also add a cookie
    - lassi or any other yoghurt drink
    - pieces of fruit and your favorite cereal with yoghurt
    - fresh cheese, salt or herbs and a roti
    - a big (here is the thing) cup of tea and some diet cookies or toast
    - milk (low fat) with cornflakes (i know this is for Bfast but when i'm alone i eat it (and it has no sugar or fat)
    - fruit salad
