If anyone has slow cooker recipe, we may share here To start with I will send couple of my favorite recipes which are always signature dish from my kitchen Rice kheer or payasam: 1. Roast 1 Tbs of basmati rice in ghee and pound it. 2. Switch on the slow cooker with 1 L of milk (I use low fat milk, still it taste much better than gas cooked payasam) 3. Add rice and allow it to boil for 1 hour on HIGH 3. Lower the temperature to LOW and cook for 3 more hours. 4. After it cools down, just add cardomom powder. 5. I prefer to serve it after refrigerating but I will leave it to your preference. Yummy rice kheer with awesome taste is ready. I will post dum aloo recipe (slow cooker version) soon.
