Slimming Techniques

    I am so rid of being over weight. Can anyone suggest me some slimming centers that could be of great help to me and could contribute in loosing my weight! I even tried few home remedies but ended up with no results. Some slimming techniques could be of really great help.

    i really do not suggest or recommend slimming centers. its better you start workout and loose your weight physically.
    also u need to have control over your diet.

    home remedies will yield no results unless u start physical workout, moreover it will take time for the results.
    for that u need to set goal and start tracking out. :)

    Like anusuya said... u can't lose weight without hard work.. Hit the gym or yoga... If you cant afford for that walking and jogging is best...Eat healthy reduce the carbs...

    I agree with other members here.....you will end up paying thousands of rupees on slimming centres, also those are not permanent results.....over a period of time you will start gaining weight again.....so never trust in loosing weight in a short span of time and don't take any short cuts.....

    Losing weight slowly with healthy habits gives long lasting results.

    1. Concentrate on your eating habits, change to more veggies and fruits
    2. Cut on junk foods and unhealthy fatty foods
    3. Start doing exercise

    Slimming centers are time waste n money waste.

    Plz if u really wanna slim

    Go for a speed walk r jogg, r exe for 40min.

    Do exe back to back.

    .eat n loose weight.

    I know how much over weight is problem for a women r a men.

    K I'll share a sample diet just follow u will definitely loose 3 to 4 KGS a month.

    Open YouTube for exe. Type John's son exe

    Procedure for sliming

    2 GLS of water
    After 1/2 hr. Do 40minexe r brisk walk r jogg

    After 1/2 drink lemon juice with honey n Luke warm water

    Brake fast--Eat cornflask r oats with fruits n nuts.
    2gls water
    Snaks-- drink barley water
    2gls water
    Lunch-- eat chapathi with lots of veggies. If u are non veggie eat chicken, egg, fish ( quantity palm size with less oil. Don't fry), ginger r green tea.
    2gls of water
    Snakes. Drink tea. Ginger tea with crackers r a fruits.
    2gls of water
    Dinner-- salad, ( cabbage, cucumber, brocolli, onion, tamato, carrot.... Etc)

    Drink green tea r. Green juice( mint, coriander , cucumber, lemon ginger )





    Don't atleat 2lts of water.

    Exercise,Exercise,Exercise...No 2 ways and easy ways about it.

    The rest of the methods however fancy they may sound are very harmful for the health.They might affect the kidneys,liver etc in the long run.

    Moreover exercises releases endorphins that are the feel good hormones.You feel good on the outside as well as inside.Double benefit there.

    There are many forms custom made to suit in the youtube.Choose them wisely and start incorporating them in your life and you will never regret it.
