sleeplessness..........quite often in a week

    With reference to the following link below.........i would like to ask my friends here.....questions and discuss on SLEEP DISORDERS
    Am still trying to recover from this problem..........so i want to know how many friends are there who are having similar problems?

    It happens that quite often i find it hard to fall asleep at night as because silly things that occured throughout the day keeps on wandering in my brain....and making it tough to fall asleep........even if i try best to concentrate to sleep ..for eg. it can be a movie like ABCD -Any Body can Dance.......(seeing that i felt good.....i had no positive or negative influence) but still the scenes kept on coming in my brain

    on other occassions.......silly things which hurt (hurt by others) me in the day....doesnot let me fall asleep easily

    so friends tell me ........is it normal? or do i need to visit a doctor?

    Hi,

    This is common problem for every one.

    let me tell what you have to do to to sleep normally,



    1. After dinner you have to for a free walk to inhale fresh air, long distance walking will make your body tired and fall into sleep so quickly.

    2. Before fall in bed just sit and wash your brine ( meditation) no special class is required to do this just simply don't think anything and concentrate on any . particular object like flame or think your favorite God, during initial stage your mid will go out of the frame pull it to inside the frame for few seconds and gradually you can do more than 15 min.

    3. You can watch any comedy program and set time for Auto off mode reduce the volume bit low ( your mind will try to understand what they are speaking this will divert your mind and gradually get into sleep).

    Then you sleep you can feel nice sound sleep with sweet dream.


    What you should not do.

    1. Don't think always i have to sleep, i have sleep, like that
    2. Don't take any things happening during day time that much into your heart leave all the matters as floating boat.
    3. if you are working women forgot about the office one you come out from the gate and forgot about the home when you reach the office.
    4. Lead your life as much as easily because nothing is stable and nothing is ours.

    After trying various tips like meditation, walk, counting 100 to 1 backwards, I hit upon an easy and simple solution that works like a charm. I play a playlist of some 10 melodious songs and go to sleep...and usually I'm out within 4-5 songs. If I feel bored listening to the same songs daily, I change the playlist.

    this is because of helping friend like you all that am able to recover from worst sleeping condition /nightmare ....that i was going through two years back because of some ditch
    thank to God that i have come across such friends like you here
