    ❓Do you ever have a hard time falling asleep at night?



    It’s called 4-4 breathing and it works with your body’s nervous system to help you unwind and relax.


    Here is how it works: breathe in for 4 seconds, and exhale for 4 seconds. Repeat the cycle as many as four times.


    You should feel your body start to relax almost immediately!

    I endorse the suggestion here for getting into sleep. It is recommended that even for others who get into sleep the moment head strikes the pillow. But why only in night. Even afternoons or any other time this hack works.
    Clinically proven fact. Kudos to OP.
