skin peeling-nose,eyebrows and chin.....

Hello all
3 yrs back i cam to Qatar from Mumbai...since then i have severe problems with my face skins...i have the continous skin peeling around my nose and chin and eyebrows....i have tried many medicines which dermatoligst gave but in vain....can you all suggest any home remedies for this.....also the gulf countries have extreme climate...too hot or too cold....soadvise me good facial cream/moisturiser...and good shampoos....thanks..
