    Dear Vasu,

Thanks for your feedback and appreciation.

I like your response so much. You are capable of spreading cheer and sunshine even in a very dull moment. Be like that always. With all his silent seriousness I can be sure your DH will be the most worried person if you keep silence even for fifteen minutes!.

Laugh, sing, cry, scold....be a Vasu... and enjoy.

    Cheers, dear.

Wow Surya, what a fantastic essay on silence. I couldn't imagine such a comprehensive write up on such an abstract topic. Hearty congrats on the nomination. Very well deserved. :-D

    Dear Suryakala,

What a wonderful post on Silence. Who would have thought that so much can be written about silence and so beautifully? I enjoyed this immensely and know for sure that I will get back here again and again to read it!

As much as we should cherish silence, like you have often mentioned, silence can also bring on a certain sadness at times. I for one need some noise to keep me chirpy and cheerful! Yes, I am just like Vasupradha who nominated the post to FP of the month!! You should read her nomination, you cannot help but smile. Well, even if I am not 'as chirpy as Vasu', I still need to chat, sing or hear music on my lonesome days!!

    Congratulations on your nomination!

    L, Kamla

A nice post SK ma'am, :thumbsup

That made a "Silent ( Temporary- because of DS's vacation) reader" come here and post an FB........:)

I love silence and solitude....it is when I could concentrate better and write......hence the absence in snippets these days.....

Silence is Golden......and your post is Golden too...........):):)

    Dear Satchi,

Thanks for your feedback, appreciation and congratulations.

It gives me great satisfaction to have received your comments on this 'abstract phenomenon' as you have rightly observed.

I am more encouraged to share my thoughts with IL family.
