    Today Kasab has asked for some legal assistance. Does he deserve? RantLegally and morally he has every right. But any Indian in his proper frame of mind will be ready?

    Either provide an assistance or declare him a war criminal and let him be tried by Inter national Court of justice.

    True maintaining this person beyond the financial capacity of this country!
    Then what do we do?

    Actually this is all very confusing , The good in us feels sorry for him but than logic takes over that he should be punished for what he did.
    And true that it is costing too much money.
    giving him to international courtt of justice is also quite difficult.

    Justice shd me meted out immediately & he should be given the right to be represented.
