Yes, Suja, I have given today !

Today I have posted daily simple puja format. In that the last para has " sarvae bhavanthu sukhinah ..... ".
That is the prayer for " macro" family ( whole world) in which "micro" family ( our own) gets beautifully included.
    Love & regards,
    Chithra.

Any pujas/verses for kaal sarpa yoga?

    Hi ladies,

Can anyone advise me on what pujas I can recite or actions I can take to relinquish the bad effects of this yoga, which both myself and my husband have.

    I appreciate any help.

    Thanks,

    WW

    short slokas

    1. The following sloka is taken from vishnu sahasranamam.

The following verse is said by lord shiva to his consort parvathi in vishnu saharanamam.

" sri raama raama raame'thi rame raame mano'ra'me
    sahara'naama tat'tul'yam raama naama varaa'na'ne"

this sloka is believed to give the effect of reciting the entire vishnu sahasranaamam.

Gayatri mantra is a well known mantra to all of us. Also there specific gayatri mantra for each god seperately.

    2. Krishna gayatri

    om daamo'da'raa'ya vidhma'he rukmini vallabaa'ya
    dheemahi tanno krishnah pracho'dayat

    3. Garuda gayatri

    om aaga'sa nadhi'taa'da'ka san'jaraa'ya vidhma'he
    gham'bheera vall'la'bha pradakshina dharshanaaya dheemahi
    tanno garuda prachodayat

    4. Anjeneya gayatri

om anjana devi putraaya vidhma'he raama toodaya dheemahi

    5.Shri Sudharshana gayatri

    sudhar'shanaaya vidh'ma'he
    jwaala chak'raa'ya dheemahi
    tanah chakra pracho'dayat

    6. To obtain wealth , the following sloka is recited everyday .

vaya'mut'yaa patas'pa'te ratam na vaaja haataye
    ti'ye pooshan na'yuj'mahi

    7. To ward off the evil effets of the planets

    anjana gharbha sampoodam
    kumaaram bramhachaarinam
    dhushta ghraha vinashaaya
    hanumanta mupaas mahe

    8. krishna sloka

krishnam kamala bhadraaksham punya swarana keertanam
    vaasudevam jagat'yonim naumi naarayanam

    9. Ramar sloka

    sri ramachandra raghupungava raajavarya
    raajendra raama raghu naayaka raaghavesha
    raajathi raaja raghunandana raamachandra
    daso'hamat'ya'vadah saranaaga'doosmi

    10. Anjaneya sloka

    ullan'giya chinto'ho sali'lam sali'lam
    yah so'ga'vah'nim jana'kaat'ma'jaayah
    aadaaya te'nai'va taddaah langaam
    namaami tam praan'j'lir anjane'yam

    11. Kubera sloka

    om yakshaaya kuberaaya vaish'vara'naaya
    tana'taanyaadhipada'ye sam'rudhim'me taehi taa'paya swaaha

    12. Sri Dakshinaamurti sloka

"guru brahmaa guru vishnu guru devoo mahesh'varah
guru saakshaat parah brahmam tasmai shri gura've nama
    gurave sarva'lokaanam nidhaye pavarokinaam
    nidhaye sarva'vidhyaanaam dakshinaa'murthi'ye namah
    chin mut'ri'ta kara'kamalam chin'ti'ta bhid'dhi'bhish'ta taaya'kamalam
    guru'vara matyam kaanchana nira'vathi'kaantha nir'param vanthe"

" Puja for the goodness of married women , kalasha puja, puja to cow, puja to elephant , financial help in educating somebody , helping poor girls to get married , cremating orphaned dead bodies"
By doing even one of these, the person gets the fruit of doing aswamedha yaga ,
which was done by king yudhishtra in mahabharata to obtain blessings of the Gods.
In this era , it is absolutely impossible for us even to thinkof doing such great yaagas. So ancient seers have shown us certain easy, defenite paths to obtain the blessings of god and to obtain good life. So let all of us , who are financially well-off spend atleast small amount of money to the needy and poor!
