Hi, Ever entered the vegetable market and wondered how to select the fresh or good vegetables? I guess, it must have happened with each one of us. Specially the newly married ones.. So i thought why not share the tips.. Vegetable : Okra/ lady finger/ Bhindi To select the fresh or good ones, slightly bend the narrow end of the bhindi. If it breaks easily, you select it. If it bends and does not break then avoid it. Please share such tips here..
