My list starts with the ubiquitous frozen mixed vegetables. There is always a bag of these in my freezer. Other than that, these are currently what I find useful: - frozen spinach - frozen bhindi /okra (was a life saver) - frozen methi (rarely) I guess I use more of ready-to-eat frozen items: - frozen ready to eat patra (colocasia?) - frozen curries like daal makhani, daal rajasthani, bhindi masala
My first choice is FROZEN AMLA which is the only source in US very close to the fresh amlas. It is always there in the freezer. Frozen drumsticks are better than the fresh ones. Frozen Suran is also a good choice.Sometimes I use frozen spinach also Is frozen Okras good for dry curries?

Frozen drumsticks from Indian store are so yummy. I find these make the sambar taste better than even the best fresh ones. Tried frozen tindora recently - was so so. Frozen val papdi (valor beans) was also good. So much easier than prepping the fresh ones.
Frozen green peas, french beans, frozen berries and many other cut fruits from American grocery stores, from indian grocery stores frozen Lilva beans, suran, amla that's it. I never buy anything cooked and frozen.
