    Dies Hinduism have something to Shaolin meditation, tai chi, etc

    They use this meditation to channel an animal spirit.

    one person practiced this. He channeled the spirit of an Eagle (sharo-eyed animal), and he no ,inter needs to wear glasses fir reading, seeing, etc
