    My Dear Friends,

This article is dedicated to deserving childrens and our bit of service to Mankind.
Details of our project " Orphange centre for children " and Vocational Training Centre....

We are pleased to share herewith our activities and involvements to the society.

We few friends joined to form an orphange centre and training centre at BatlaGuntu, near Kodaikanal Tamilnadu.

Our Trust named as " ANBU TRUST " started in the year 2004 as an NGO under the able guidance of our friend Mr.Raghavan as he had more than 15 years experiance of working under other NGO's.

    Our Address:
    ANBU TRUST
    4-3-23B, ANNAI STREET,
    DIINDIGUL ROAD, ARUNACHALAPURAM
    BATLAGUNTU - 624 202
    DINDIGUL DISTRICT
    TAMILNADU.
    Phone : 04543-264221 Mobile 09894260890
Our Trust 80G and 12 AA processed Permanent Account No: AABTA2646K

First we started as a service organization with helping the local village rural children for their educations, training to rural youth in Screen Printing, Tailoring and help them to learn the trade , duly assisting them to start their own.

Few youths got trained and they are now running their own Offset Printing press and Tailoring shops.

A Small achievements from our efforts, and one of the beneficiary is now associated with our trust .

We have also helped some for their marriage expenses, higher eduacational expenses, collected relief materials to the Tsunami affected Nagapattinam villages and distributed.

We entered into a mutual partnership with an another NGO The Joe Homan Charity England for one year in 2005-2006 and served needy around Dindigul District.

During that period Govt High School Chitharev ( Dindigul District ) has been provided with Rs.92000 worth of 60 sets of benches and tables and Tailoring machines for Selvi Senbagam, Rs.7000 for Mr.NAtarajaperumal for his mushroom plant on self employment scheme, provided roofing for a few, Fees for educations etc....

Then we were fortunate to meet an another friend ( our net friend Fropper.com – Social Networking - Indian Dating ) from Belgium Ms.Pat Sinnot and she encouraged us by her visit to India last feb 2007, saw our activities and offered a sizable amount Rs.1.85 lakhs as a contribution to Trust.

She again visited India and stayed with us last 20 days, donated another sum of Rs.1 lakh from her friends contribution. ( she is left on 30th May to Belgium )

So we decided to start the centre of our own with 9 inmates ( children aged 5 - 14 ) on last 25th May in our Raghavan's house and those kids are being enroled in the local school on 6th June 2007.

These childrens will be provided accommadation, food, clothing and educations.
We will add more childrens once our own building is compleated.

We have also purchased PC and Tailoring Machine to give Vocational Training for the rural Youth.

We will be shifting to our own site within 9 months as the purchase of land and construction of our own building is under process.

We will be highly thankful to our members to visit our centre and be withour beneficiaries for few days whenver you visit KodaiKanal as we are near to it.

All your Blessing and Good wishes will be our encouragements....

Praying God is nothing but helping People surrounded by sorrows,

It is not an achievement, It is the duty of Every Human Beings.

For that we are always thankful to God

    regards
    Subbu

    Dear Subbu,

It is nice to see, that you and your friends are doing such a great activity... Ezhutharivithavan eraivan aavan..... It is more important to train to be self employed and take care of themselves than just providing food and shelter..... This way, not only they will grow, they will also help others to grow...

When I come for my vacation next, will definitely try to vist that place...

Great work done and keep doing it....

    All the best.....
