Sea salt grilled fish

    Sea salt grilled fish

    1 large-sized fish
    5 egg whites
    3 kg sea salt

    Add the egg whites to the sea salt and mix well. Clean the fish from inside and pat it dry.

    Preheat oven to 220° C. On a roasting tray, spread a layer of salt. Place the fish over it and cover the fish properly with the remaining salt.

    Roast in the preheated oven at 220° C for 30-35 minutes. Cut into pieces as desired and serve hot.
