    Khuda maaf karein

    Hum unke mohalley ka chakkar kaatthe
    Nahi takthey, unki ek zalak ke liye,
    Roz mandir ke saamne se guzarthe hain,
    Nazar nahi aatein hain andar ke bhagwan,
    Jo humney man mandir
    Main, unko bita chuke hain..
    Khuda hamein maaf karein…


    Taareef :

    Taareef ke phool baandna
    Koi seekhe aap se…
    Kehteho, amrith hai,
    Bina piye paani kho..


    Dil…
    Usse maine poocha,
    kyon jod thi rehtee ho,
    Toota dil baar baar,
    Woh aasson peethe hue boli,
    Kya karroon, is dil mein
    Basein hain woh..

    Mausam..
    Yadon ke mausam kabhi nahi hote,
    Kabhi baharein bhi pathzad ban jaate hain,
    Kabhi pathzad bhi baharein ban jaate hain.

    For my non-hindi speaking friends.. the translation....

    God forgive me….
    I tirelessly, roam around in his street,
    For a glance of him,
    I cross the temple on the way everyday,
    I never see the god in the sanctum,
    As he is already sitting in the sanctum of my heart,
    God please forgive me…

    Praises,

    Others have to learn from you,
    The art of praising,
    You tell me, it tastes like nectar,
    Without drinking the water…

    Heart,
    I asked her why do you keep on
    Fixing your heart that is broken,
    She swallowed her tears and replied,
    What do I do, he is staying in there…

    Seasons

    Memories never have seasons,
    Springs become droughts,
    Droughts turn into springs,
    Memories have the magic in them…
