Scrambled Eggs Tips...?

    One trick that I found useful is to add couple of drops of water when beating the egg. It makes it really moist and fluffy.

    Med-high flame, when pan is hot put some oil and beat the eggs, u have to keep folding as the flame is high and add some salt and chili powder — I prefer that way. And I don’t cook eggs all the way, after mixing the seasoning I stir and place in a plate. This will go good as side dish. If you want u can beat eggs in a bowl add all spices like pepper cumin coriander onions salt pepper then put it in pan and fry. YouTube has bunch of recipes. But my standard recipe is the first one w salt and chilli

    I add one tablespoon of heavy cream to 1 egg. and beat well. It makes it fluffy and pale yellow.

    Add LOTS of butter. Thats what they do at restaurants.
