sarsparilla for fertility

    Hi
    I read somewhere that Sarparilla roots are good for fertility. Can anyone tell me what is it called in tamil. Is it Nannari or Maaghali? In internet some places it is called maaghali while some sites say it is nannari.
    Is it easily available in India? How do we eat it? Juice or Thogayal. If anyone has any recipes please do share,

    Dont know its name in tamil. But I have seen Sarsaparilla roots tea in stores(tea sachets)
    Have you tried having pomegranate before ovulation ,good for fertility

    Thanks purpledreams. I dint know they were available in tea forms..Do you think they would be available in India? It would be great if I can get it!
    I have been having pomegranate. THe results have not been profound but I like them. So I take it :)

    No idea dear. I m also taking pome in regular basis :) , but isnt it difficult to remove seeds, takes a lot of time.
    have greens too.green tea or anything green..

    Yes..Peeling is the worst part..It takes more time to peel off the seeds than it takes to eat it!

    Hi hivid,

    Sarsparilla is nannari in tamil . You will get sarsparilla sarbath in any store. You can just mix it in water along with few drops of lemon juice and have. I'm not sure if it helps fertility but it definitely cools the body to beat the hot sun now

    Hey YTB,

    My medicine includes shatavari legyam in the night.Its an excellent herb.Its known for who women who have those is equal to 100 men.That means she would get the power of having sex to 100 men.

    BUT IT SHOULD BE TAKEN ONLY WITH DOCTOR PRESCRIPTION.

    I am under aurvedic doc prescription.
