Hi All, I am planning to consider the flat promoted by CEE builders in Iyyapanthangal. Curious to know: 1. About the builder. 2. About the area(like whether it is decent and liveable, was it flooded during the Chennai rains, availability of nearby good school etc) and 3. The prevailing market rate per sq.ft in the area. Parallely i am considering a flat in Perumbakkam by Saradeuz promoters named Saraduez Acropolis. My office is in OMR & my need is a 3BHK with max. budget of 50L. Will be grateful if you can kindly share your thoughts on which of the two projects will be good from value appreciation, under ground water, protection from flood, decent locality and in case of renting prospects to fetch good rent etc. Any other area suggestion is also welcomed.
