Ingredients: Saddala Pindi (Bajra/Spear millet flour): 2cups Bellam/Jaggery: 1 cup Saunf: 2 tbsp Ghee: 1-2 tsp Procedure: Make a Chapathi dough using Saddala pindi adding water Make Chapathis of this dough and roast on a tawa applying light ghee While the chapathis are hot break them into small pieces Add Mashed Bellam/Jaggery, Saunf and ghee and make laddus. Sadda Muddalu ready to be served. This is a traditional telangana Sweet made especially for bathukamma festival. Very tasty and healthy especially for children and pregnant ladies. Can be stored upto 3-4 days.
