Maida - 3 cups Water - 1 and 1/2 cups Butter - 2 tablespoon salt - as required Boil water Add salt Add 2 tbsp butter and wait till it melts. stir well. Pour this hot water+salt+butter to maida. Stir with a wooden ladle..Wait till it becomes warm... Make dough. Roll out like thin chappathis.....or even bigger if you can. Kids will love this super soft rotis...goes well with spicy veg/non veg dish /pickle or tomato sauce....

Thanks a lot dear vidyavisu, pavithra and gayatri You can roll this as big as you can (just like we get in hotels) on a clean table top. If very big you can invert a big round pan or frying vessel on the stove top and turn on sides faster like chappathi... Now this is my kids' favourite and their classmates and teachers love it.... but yes maida.....not healthy as wheat flour...
