    Cool stories, actually never heard of this before, but it is quite interesting and i'm understanding and appreciating it cos of the logic attached to it... which makes erything all the more meaningful...

    sssss. i've heard the same story & i think it's true. but i've heard that Lakshmi is the youngest . she is the Sri Devi. the other one is eldest & her name is Moodevi.

    Thanks for starting this thread, enjoyed reading all replies.

    I have also heard that when we pray to Lakshmi, we should pray to Vishnu as well. Same goes for Shiva and Parvati.
    I wonder if couples must be honored together always, divine or human. Because I have seen elders instructing not to sit/come between couples na?
