    Tikka,

I inquired with the dealer he doesn't seem to have the slightest knowledge of the grade of plastic used. I think you need to contact the manufacturer. Knowing your case its best to be go anti plastic. I think the food plastic items like bowl spoon have the microns mentioned so one can get to know the grade.

BTW Nilkamal is having wooden products too :)

So sorry I cant seem to find anything Krithi. Neither the product manual nor the CD which came with it has this info. I remember seeing it on the cardboard box in which it came but we threw that out :bonk Do you think you could call nilkamal instead? Or I know a plastics manufacturer here who is a friend of DH - let me try asking him.

    V.

Lee, V, thanks. Dont bother with calling dealers. I did ask the one near my house, he is equally clueless. The part of town is very far from mine but I will see if I can see it in person. Appreciate what you ladies did for me.
Sudha, When i'd newly had DS was when BPA-free became mandatory. So there was a lot of news out there about which plastics are fine. Polycarbonate was pretty much the standard with baby feeding products at that point. Mommies with three year olds would have read up a lot at that point, not just me. Tks anyway.

    Poonam, Gowri

With LO's around you will never fall short of things to buy this is what I realised. Thanks to the space constraint else I think one separate room would be needed for LO's stuff :)

Give in the temptation once a while!

    Mrs Mike,

Your son is too small for the chair. Without back support this chair is not recommended. This chair is ideal 7 months onwards.

About Fisher Price products lets wait for other mom's to reply.
