Review for Goa, Jaggu bai, Tamizh Padam Please !!!!!!!!!!

I saw Thamizh Padam last evening..and it was simply too good!!!
A very big :thumbsup to the director for making such a different movie in Tamil..It was a pukka comedy film right from the 1st scene till the end..Siva has fit the role perfectly and summa solakudathu mostly all major hit tamil movies'aa spoof super'aa paniirukango...
And the song "HoMahasiya" is very very good and beautifully picturised..
This is an excellent attempt in Tamil Cinema and hats off to the entire team of "Thamizh Padam".
And audience'kuu samma paise vasool...
Definetly a movie that should not be missed

I saw Goa yesterday. The team have tried their best to make the movie a comedy and I would say they have succeeded half way. Sometimes it is such a drag and double meaning and also too much body show. . They have shown Gay relationship , which is distasteful for me. Any way on the whole you can have fun if you don't mind the few hiccups. I would not recommend for children.

Planning to watch Thamizh padam soon.

i saw jaggubhai two days before. its really boring one........waste of time i say. but i didnt see the pictures tamil padam and goa. i heard someother friends ayirathil oruvan is very comedy and good.

 

I happen to watch Goa. I went with lots of expectations but was let down.
Venkat Prabhu has failed to make a hattrick.

Jai's performance was funny. His english did bring a few giggles.
Premji and Vaibhav were ok.
Sneha was a total misfit.

It was Sampath who stole the show.
Was shocked to see him carry out such a role after seeing him as a villain in movies like Saroja and Seval.

Maybe few people did not like the gay part.
But i personally felt the movie brought out a dignity to gay relationship.

The movie also has several spoofs from other movies like Vettaikaran and Subramaniapuram.

The music was also a let down when compared to Chennai 28 and Saroja.

Also watch out for cameos from other stars.

Jaggubai - I don't want to give any, as I did not watch it after 10 mins

Goa - Would rate 4 out of 10.

This is a movie made for college going youth. No Story, just timepass, which is attractive for that age alone I think.

I felt like seeing a collection of youtube comedies, bit n pieces of hollywood stolen scenes, some boring, useless scenes and then song after song after song and then the ending.

Spoiler alert --

Jai's tanglish dialogues are good. Whoever wrote it did some pretty awesome job. Sampath has done a good job. Amazing bold move to take that character. Director has become a $10 guide to show us some places in Goa. Sneha's character, the seafood allergy on vinayakam and some other scenes are a direct lift from hollywood movies, such a shame.

Stupid so called story line - 3 guys lifetime goal is find a white woman, get married and go abroad.

I only liked Chennai 28, a movie which HAD A STORY, good screenplay and delivery and finally the comedy in the mix. Saroja, a complete scene by scene except for the masala for the tamil audience is an another hollywood lift and this movie is another useless creation of his.

So if you are bored checking out comedies in youtube, then give this movie a try.. It is not worth the money.. may be you can give away some 30 or so of your precious minutes, if they put together all the comedy scenes together. That's it.

i heard that the shooting of the movie was done in Lankawi (Malaysia)..Beautiful place isn't..its not completely done in GOA..only few shots are taken there..

 

Yes its true Nandhini. It was taken in Langkawi. The place is really great.

 

Thank God you people saved some bucks for that money i can visit GOA in real:crazy
