Restamp on H4 visa

    Hi All,

    I am on H4 visa, planning to visit India in July06 and comming back
    in Sept15th 06. My H4 visa will be expire in Sept 30th 2006.

    1. Would be any problem if I make a plan to come back before 15 days. or

    2. how long H4 visa should be valid before you make a plan for come back to US.

    Please respond as soon as possible.

    I believe you cannot travel with Visa expiring so early.
    Please do post on your experience.. it will be helpful for others
