I understand your frustration with the job you had and also with the management. But please do not share personal information of yours and others including the company on a public forum like this. Second, when leaving a company, never leave with bad blood. The letter has no value to anyone in that company. Never criticize anyone while leaving and specifically in writing and more specifically emails (emails are the worst form of communication. You don't know who will end up reading it and what/how they would interpret). It remains permanent record. Also, the world is lot smaller than we think. We may be applying to a company where someone is connected to these people and they would call them to ask about you and your performance. Information like these spread like wild fires and may impact your future prospects without you even knowing about it. Just my 2 cents.
I agree with Aks, critizing openly and leaving them with some proof might land you in unwanted problems, please remove it asap. Sorry for your resignation, there are so many companies ,hope you will find something.
I second @Akanksha1982, Don't share personal information in a public forum. When ever you leave a company, leave that organization in a pleasant manner.World is very small and who knows they may join in your present company itself. All the best for your future.
