Dakshinachitra, a vibrant heritage centre, is organizing a two day residential camp for children for the age group between 7 and 14 yrs on 30th April & 1st May 2010. The plethora of activities include glass – painting, madhubani painting, warli painting , candle-making , mask making , pottery, T-shirt printing , theatre art, story telling, traditional games, learning of folk dance and a visit to a crocodile bank.. The workshop fee is Rs.2000 inclusive of food, accomodation, materials and conveyance. Transportation will be provided from Besant nagar office.
