Renal Diabetes

Hi friends:
My dad has diabetes since many years and now because of it he has got kidney problem. His sugar is under control but he feels not energetic at all. Because foods which are allowed for diabetic patient are not allowed for kidney patient, I'm here to see if anybody can give me some indian diet menu which he takes on.
I would greatly appreciate suggestion and advice from you guys.
