Remedy for Hair loss and shiny hair

I used to have a frizzy hair. I started taking care of it from about a month.
1) I got a simple hair cut to remove all the split ends
2) started applying a mixture of coconut oil + mandara tailam ( hibiscus oil ) the night before i take head bath.
3) take head bath thrice a week
4) on weekends i prefer to have a hair pack like
henna +egg white+ beetroot juice+curd+drops of lemon
apply coconut milk
just egg white + curd+ lemon juice
fenugreek powder + sour curd
5) Drying my hair in natural way
6) minimize the use of blow dryer n stylers and apply heat protecting spray before that..

Hope this helps many of my friends struggling with the same issue

Hi BBD, finally got amla powder and two days back oiled my hair with castor oil+almond oil+gingelly oil + coconut oil + mustard oil mixture and then applied amla powder mixed with water. Took bath after 30 minutes. I could definitely feel that the hair fall has reduced but my hair and scalp looked oily. Next time, need to reduce oil and see.
