Hi, We are moving to Pune in Last week of Feb 2011. My hubby has got an offer in a co. in Swargate area. Since we do not know anyone there, i need some information on 1BHK on reasonable rent in areas not far than 5-6 kms from swargate area. We have called up an agent there but he says the rent for 1BKD wud be 8000/-, which we can't afford. my son is 7 months old, so i cant work immed. M planning to work, after he completes 1 yr atleast. Can anyone suggest me some feasible solution on this? We can afford rent ONLY upto 5000-6000 Rs. I know it sounds funny.......however we hv gone thru a bad phase so do not want to immediately spend much on rent. IF anyone can help me wid any information......i would be obliged. Regards
The average rent in Pune for a 1bhk is around 7k. However if you are OK with staying a little far away from swargate...somewher like kondhwa (not NIBM road. NIBM is expensive), then I think you should be able to find something in your budget.
Hello!! You may try living in Sahakar nagar (2 Kms Swargate) where you might get a 2BHK for 8K or 1 BHK for arnd 6K! Its a very good area!! If area doesnt matter to you then Fatima nagar (4 kms from Swargate)...is also good option. Sadashiv Peth + Tilak Road are also very close from swargate, however it will be expensive for you!! You may also want to try searching on satara road which i think will come under your budget! I will ask my frns if they know any and will comment more then!!
hi, thx for replying......we hv got a flat on rent in bibwewadi in nav mitra soc near shiv shankar soc. its 2BHK, rent is 10k, but spacious flat. now m lost here, hence looking for sm frends nearby. hv posted a new thread on the same. once again thx. regds
