Watched spy thriller The Night Agent. It has very gripping story line and it made me guess until the very end. Now, I'm waiting for season 2.
Watched The Secret of the Shiledars. I liked Rajeev Khandelwal and the plot was historical fiction treasure hunt. Bring out the popcorn and enjoy this one!!!
Watched Aindham Vedham. Thriller historical fantasy. Eventhough it's only 1 season that's available, I enjoyed it!!
The Residence. Funny moments, too much confusion and drama till the very end. Loved the role of the lady detective. If you like whodunnit, watch it.
Trevor Noah and Amit Tandon Stand up on Netflix. Trevor shows were amusing and 'enlightening' in some ways for me and the Amit one was funny and relatable in some places.
I missed listing ' Adolescence' there. It's a contemporary and relevant watch, especially for parents of teenagers. Most of you must have watched already watched this one.
I watched 1.5 out of the 4 episodes it has. The story could have been engaging, but I found the focus too much on the police processes, the inane banter between the detectives and the like. When finger printing the boy, they show the police guy prompting the boy for each of his ten fingers. I thought it would lead to something momentous, and watch raptly.. nothing happened. : ) I was not impressed by the "one take" or "one shot" style though I believe that is a big deal cinematically. So, the story idea is nice and relatable but its handling was too inept for me. Couldn't sit through it.
I agree. I also found it too process oriented and delving into many unnecessary police details. There was a whole episode on conversation of the boy with the psychologist that was so soporific that I had to fast forward. I dont know how it has rave reviews. I agree that the theme is good but the execution is poor
Watched JL50. Short and sweet sci fi series. Pankaj Kapur and Abhay Deol were brilliant. Just 4 episodes long, this gem is not to be missed
London Files. Dark thriller. Arjun Rampal was every bit the sordid cop with a haunted look on his face. Good plot. Worth watching.
