    Hi Shwetha,

Kanji recipe differs from home to home. I make a kanji with oats, rolled barley, broken walnuts, ragi powder, wheat germ pwdr and flax seed powder.

In my mother's place, she makes kanji using roasted and finely powdered wheat, barley, soy, gram dhal, ragi or jowar.

    Hope this helps.
