Questions related to newborn babies, Hoffman Estates/Schaumburg Area

Any suggestions on what kind of desi food to avoid if newborn is colic and any quick recipes for that kind of food

this is my second one, I did not have this issue with my son who is 4 yrs old now..

She seems to be fuzzy in evening and always want to be in upright position, which match with colic symptoms.

Doc has asked me to eliminate all my fav things and now I am on veggies & fruits but still in vain..
