    Fish fry

    Dear Mitra,

Which type of fish fry are you talking about? The type you fry with the masala or the type with which you dust with maida and fry?
There are two types in the recipes thread no.6 and 16 , I think. One is the batter fry and the other normal fish fry. Just let me know will you??

    chicken pickle

    Dear Rajanigandha,

I haven't not made chicken pickle till now. I'll see if I can get the recipe from somebody and let you know. I am not a great chef or a cook, to say that all the recipes I put in are mine. I have been collecting recipes all these time. These are from my collections.

    Dear Tulasi,

You can make kababs, cutlets and koftas with the ground chicken meat. Usually for cutlets minced meat is used , since only then the texture will come out right.
    You can do onething.
Add minced onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger paste together with the ground meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Add a beaten egg to the mixture and mix well. Shape into small balls and deep fry.
You can use this as snacks for the kids, as garnish for the fried rice or pulao.
Also put it in the gravy and make kofta curry.
I hope this answers your query. Please let me know will you??
