Processed Foods and Health The general rule of less processing/packaged a food is, the better it is for health.... can apply once people get to a stage of life to have the leisure to relax and worry about stuff like that. When young nuclear family, processed/packaged food items help a lot to get through the day, and have time left over for a breather. I have heard that a drop or two of coconut oil in the traditional filter coffee tastes much better. This is perhaps due to the way we taste things. A thin layer of fat makes things taste better. Some coffee drinkers skip cream or milk in their coffee and use coconut oil. I think this is weird, because I don't drink black coffee. However tastes and habits are acquired, and there is no accounting for what people do.
I watched this video. It gives Hamsterdance a run for its money. Interesting that you can use coconut oil in coffee
My question to OP IS " is there any specific health benefit by adding coconut milk into regular coffee ". Alternatively why she thought of adding coconut milk to her coffee now? What was the trigger? Please elucidate. Thanks to @lacs for her inputs here.
