Question about Rotis and Rice while on Weight loss plan.

    Shall I tell you my opinion? You can eat rice....a little lesser quantity with lot of vegetables cooked in very little oil and dal or sambhar. It is not whether it is rots or rice. Lessen the quantity. Breakfast better eat oats with soya or almond milk. Oats are a good source of fibre. Eat some fruits, any seasonal fruit. Do walking regularly for half an hour in the morning and twenty minutes in the evening. In winters you can do treadmill.
    Don't starve yourself. For BP reduce salt...need not eliminate. Life is for living. Instead of drinking juice eat fruit as it is. A lot of fibre would be there. I have no trust in dieticians. Follow your instinct. Be comfortable with your dieting...but brisk walking is a must. It helps a lot more than anything else.
