    Hi all,

    I am looking for public libraries in torrance, CA and need to know whether anybody here in torrance, is availing the facility of library, as i am on H4 visa, and without any state identity proof.

    Hi navita,
    In Torrance, there are lot of public libraries, if u have ur address proof and phone no. then on the same day of registration, u can get ur library card and avail all the facilities...
