And also got your property taxes evaluated. last heard there will a revision in the rates..if so...you will have to pay more, as the back log will also be collected on the new rates.... hi shanvy maam, Just went thru this thread becoz, we are planning to buy a house in pune. I just am listing a few things that should make it easy, especially when you have 3- more choices ( builders/location and of course rate) 1. builder, reputation( approved by fin institution), project, area location, area of flat, access roads to the project, amenities offered, price ( total), other charges ( yearly)... etc..... this will halp to compare between the choices, as i said. this is my thought as we are planning a new flat, not resale, at the moment, so the ground work has to be done, any inputs .... ladies, pour in your advises also cheers,
