is there any small firm? Indian/ Immigrant owned? that might offer less pay but may be good.
I hope the managers, and other desis, start being nice.

For me personally whats important is his Love. I wouldnt mind even if he is not earning because Love will keep us alive (though we should have something to eat). The fact that he is qualified proves that he is smart and secondly the fact that he keeps on trying proves that he is not sluggard. He already has the forumula to become a sucessful person in life. All that a man needs is acceptance from his better half then he can face the entire world and conquer. Hence keep supporting him. As long as you are not in extreme crisis you need not worry. Life is long eventually he will get the mantra to success. Dont let your love towards him falter just for his professional success. If you truely loved him you would have been very sympathetic towards him rather than whining about the faliure.

Thanks for your words... he is on some short term contract work while he is looking for better opportunities.... but unfortunately his try for middleast are all going in vein... very poor response from middle east.... Lets see hopefully something will work out soon..
