precautions at age of 30 to delay white hair

hi all,

i'm 32 , i'm pregnant with my 2nd baby,

i stopped applying oil from 25 years, i.e. past 5 to 6 years.now if i apply oil i will get headache

i ahve very oily scalp if i dont wash my hair after 5th day it looks as if i applied oil,is it true that not applying of oil will make ur hair become white at an early age.

i want to know what to have add in diet to delay white hair.and what all to apply outwardly also and what is the process to have black soft hair,
best natural conditioner for my oily scalp.

i'm not prepared to apply dye's when i get grey or white hair, but i want to delay it as for now"touchwood' i dont have ... my mom now 52, she has all full grey hair she used to take bath very often and never used to dry , always tied,
so i'm scared is it hereditary tooo?

Since your hair is oily no need to apply hair oil.

Oil your hair before hair wash to maintain soft silky hair.

Include more iron and vitamins to delay grey/white hairs.

Not oiling the hair doesnt cause greying. Making changes in the diet will surely help u delay greying of hair...eating protein rich diet is good enough...

U can apply fenugreek powder (methi) or soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight and morning , make a paste of it and apply the paste on hair. Then rinse it with shampoo....fenugreek is a natural conditioner and it keeps away dandruff also. U can mix egg white also if u want.
