The often recommended prayer during crisis of this nature, is usually Vishnu sahasranama and Lalitha sahasranama. If you are familiar withit , it is good to do parayanam daily or at least on alternate days. If not familiar, and dont have time to dedicate to it, you can put on the slokas on mobile and hear them in the mornings.
