Potty Training a toddler

My DD is almost 3. She tells promptly when she wants to Pee. But poop....She hates to poop in the potty. She is comfortable doing it only by standing and in the underwear what ever she is wearing. When i forced her to sit in the potty she holds it and refuse.
Hmmm i am tired totally.
