please suggest me

i would like to buy some corals and jade and take that to india to gift them to my friends and relatives.There are so many online sites available and also i visited some stores.They say natural coral,dyed coral,taiwan coral,italian coral.which coral should i buy.What is the difference between taiwan coral and italian coral.Are all jades available are genuine.kindly some one suggest me.
