I see beautiful sunrises in the morning and I wish to capture this for years to come.

    I purchased https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B019UDI87O/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00

When I take photo, it doesn't look the way I want it to look

Then I learned about the dials to adjust light/dark, normal/vivid, cool/warm

Colors do come true, but picture is still fuzzy. My hand shakes no matter how hard I try.

How to control shaking without having to take out my tripod?

Also, how do I wear this camera around my neck. I already have carrying case.

Please share any tips you can.

    Sui,
I can't carry camera always and I use it mostly when I take pics surroundings of my home.
I capture images most of the time with my mobile only.
First enjoy the scene throughly then click it. I feel our happiness shown in that clicked image.
You are shaking your hand that's why your taken picture was blurry. Use both hands instead of using one hand.
Focus on what to capture and adjust lens of camera using options zoom in and zoom out.
Adjust brightness of your camera or set it as in auto mode.
Use crop option to delete unnecessary things in that image.
Wear and hold your camera like in this pic.

All the best and looking forward to see your clicked images.

And smile like that while taking the pic.:grinning::grinning: I am pathetic with camera work but I my husband enjoys it. When he got his DSLR he took up a photography class (offline - non covid time) and his photography skills seems to have improved a lot after that.

Hahaha! Actually, I don't know any tips/skills and hadn't taken any classes. I love both nature and photography equally and my happiness increases after capturing any pic.

At #2 the lady is smiling while holding camera or mobile for a shot.

    2. Shoul I smilë her while clicking selfie and distant objects. I don’t think I can smile like that from ear to ear. By the way is the pic is of IL member?

    3. Shadows are to be avoided to the extent possible. Bright Noon time is not good. Avoid clicking scenes objects with lens focused on the side of bright sun. Sharp light rays falling on the lens to be avoided. Indoors ceiling fan to be rested. Close ups in candle lights - to be explored. Zoom in ants march before click to get details of its eyes and legs.

In this context , the thread in link above Would be an interesting read.

    Regards.

Your exclamation reveals that you had enjoyed the image of that ants partying the elixir I dropped on to the leaf. You read the elaborate. Am glad. T was all spontaneous!
